Ringo! After much pleading, begging, and saving the kids have added a 6 month old Lovebird to our family. Everyone is VERY enthusiastic about our latest addition and are willing to do whatever it takes to make this a pleasant experience for me. I appreciate that so much and have loved seeing everyone work together in order to make this possible. So far it has been 2 days and everything seems to be going smoothly. Only 14 years and 363 days to go!

he is awesome he has a pleasant little chirp but sometimes he gets a little loud
wow amy - good for you to let them get a bird. I sure wouldn't have! ;) I hope it goes well and it ends up being a friendly bird that doesn't poop all over your house!
Well, its really sweet you let them have it! Its funny he is a love bird, because all of your kids look very much in love with him.
I love his cage...its really pretty. I can't wait to see what your next post re: Ringo will be like.... hee hee
